Shipping policy


At Bali Soul Studio, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, severe weather events, or periods of unusually high order volume.


Delivery Estimates

Most orders are delivered within 6–13 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments to the United States, any applicable duties, tariffs, and import-related charges are generally included in the shipping cost or handled by our logistics partners.

Customers are not normally required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Bali Soul Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the recipient for reasons other than shipping damage may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Carrier handling fees

  • Applicable restocking fees

These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Labor disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier before reporting a package as missing.

While we will do our best to assist, Bali Soul Studio is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
