Refund policy

At Bali Soul Studio, we offer a curated collection of home décor and lifestyle products. Due to the fragile nature of many of our products and our international fulfillment model, all return and refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
All returns require prior written authorization from Bali Soul Studio.

Do not send items to the sender address shown on the package. Returns sent without an approved Return Authorization (RA) may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.
2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
For non-defective items, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Examples include:

Change of mind

Ordered by mistake

Style preference
-
Color preference

No longer wanted
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 20% restocking and inspection fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Because products may be shipped from international fulfillment partners, return shipping costs can be significant and are the responsibility of the customer.
Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your request must include:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the shipping label
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in the claim being denied.
After review, Bali Soul Studio will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
No restocking fee applies to approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Promotional items

Gift cards

5. LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, but you believe you have not received it, please contact us promptly.
We may assist you in contacting the carrier; however, Bali Soul Studio is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For approved non-defective returns, the refund amount will exclude:

Return shipping costs

The applicable 20% restocking and inspection fee
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
