How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the USA is free for a limited time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, and most U.S. orders arrive within 6–13 business days after shipment. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

No. For orders to the USA, all import duties are already included. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our tracking page. Tracking can take up to 3 days to start showing updates.

Where do your products come from?

Our products are made by carefully selected manufacturing partners and ship from their international warehouses.

Can I return my order?

If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right, usually with a free replacement. We can't accept returns for change of mind, so please check the size, photos and description before you order. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?
